Selling Your Vehicle
Dropping Off Your Vehicle: We accept vehicles up until Friday at noon, please make sure to call us before bringing your vehicle out to make sure we have room and to reserve you a spot. We require the registration and a signed transfer form by the registered owner (we do have blank transfer forms on site) at the time of drop off. We also suggest if you have any recent vehicle history or information to help in selling your vehicle that you bring it at this time. Lastly we get you to take your plates with you when you consign your vehicle.
What we accept for auction:
We accept all vehicle makes and models, 1985 and newer. As well as motor homes, boats and campers (depending on space).
Reserve: At Victoria Auctions we do not have a reserve but a cost to the owner. You the owner has the final say if we sell the vehicle or not. When you drop off your vehicle we will ask you what the minimum we can take for your vehicle is, if on Saturday we get close to this price we will call you and ask if we can sell it. On Vehicles older then 1990 we will not ask for a minimum and sell it without contacting you.
Price: Vehicles older then 1990 (with no set selling price) our charges are as follows: $75 Commission (flat rate) $28 Transfer/Documentation Fee
Newer then 1990 (with set selling price): $150 or 15% commission whichever is greater $46 Documentation/Transfer Fee No Sell Fee (applied to set price vehicle): 1st week $40 2nd & 3rd week $20 each
After the vehicle is sold: Once the vehicle is sold you may pick up your cheque from our office the Friday after the successful sale after 10am.
**NEW ADVERTISING OPTION: For an added $10 per week we can advertise your vehicle on the Buy & Sell.
